What’s going on in Abergavenny this week?

Arabella’s Artisan Eatery

A bit further than Abergavenny, I know, but I’ve visited this little café in Brecon a couple of times recently. I loved their food and wholesome all female team.

Josie cooks everything by herself in a small kitchen upstairs, and her Autumn menu has launched this week. My top tip? Get the pancakes. That toasted sandwich doesn’t look bad either…

Kahve

Early days, yes. Kahve recently announced their Christmas menus are now available. For those who love to plan ahead - like myself - this one goes out to you.

The first image below is their Hollybush Menu, for the 5th, 12th, 13th, and 18th of December.

The Mistletoe Menu can be pre-ordered for the 14th and 19th of December.

Myfs Kitchen

If you haven’t been to Myfs unit near the train station yet, you’re missing out.

Her home cooked meals are a better alternative to a take away. The Friday Night Menu offer is only £12 for a main meal, side, and a dessert. You can pre-order or walk-in.

And speaking of Christmas menus - here’s another! I’m tempted by this one myself…

Antur Brew Co

I mentioned last week that Antur are doing a great job of pulling food vendors into our area, and they’ve gone and proved it again this week by landing Cardiff Market heavyweights Bao Selecta.

Catch 22

Sunday Roasts are part of the eclectic menu at Catch 22, and they’ve been a real hit recently.

• Pre-order now for Sunday 13th. Collection and local delivery options available (free delivery in Abergavenny).

• Pre-order can be made via social media message, email ([email protected]) or phone (01873 859511) and needs to be made by 11th October at the latest.
